Breakfast
Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet that you can enjoy either in the restaurant or on the wooden terrace overlooking the garden and pool. In addition to a selection of sweet and savory dishes, you will also find homemade delicacies such as jams, preserves, cookies, and fresh pastries, designed to make your morning truly special.

Lunch
We offer you lunch directly on the Fetovaia beach at our partner self-service restaurant Pino Solitario. This simple and convenient option is perfect for a break during your day at the sea. Fresh and tasty dishes ensure that every palate is satisfied. The informal atmosphere and proximity to the sea make this option an excellent solution for fully enjoying your vacation.

Dinner
Dinner awaits you in our new restaurant, located in the main building (Villa Montemerlo). Chefs Simone and Dario delight you with a culinary selection that combines traditional regional dishes with Mediterranean and international specialties. We offer menus designed to meet the needs of the whole family, with daily changing options to ensure variety and authentic flavors.

Coeliac Disease
While our restaurant is not specifically certified for coeliac disease, we are pleased to offer some accommodations. We can prepare certain dishes separately and store special food items, either provided by the hotel or brought by guests. Additionally, we offer two types of gluten-free pasta, bread, and desserts. Please note, however, that our kitchen is not certified and may not be suitable for individuals with severe coeliac disease (e.g., those who experience symptoms from airborne gluten contamination).
